launcher3 in my iBall Slide 6351-Q40i has stopped. How to solve the problem?

After I connected my iBall Slide 6351-Q40i, to copy the files from it to the computer, it always gives the message 'unfortunately, Llauncher3 has topped' or another message 'unfortunately, the process android.process.acore has stopped' appears. i am not able to use the iBall slide. How to reinstall the programme?
