Somehow my phone tried to decrypt my data but failed.

I had read that the only way to get it back is to factory reset my phone, I've lost my data Google play, hangouts ect and I get an error RH-01 when trying to connect to Google play and my sync won't work. I have Straight Talk prepaid phone service when I add a new airtime card will I automatically lose my data? Should I do a factory reset to be on the safe side? If I should my phone doesn't allow root how can I backup my game data for Bowling Kings if I don't have Google Play to access services to do the game backups?
