Messenger Emoji Problem

So I just recently bought this phone, the emoji that you can "set", the one that if you pushed for a long time it will expand, the problem is, it doesn't pop up, it only produces sound, i tried to push it for a long time but it still only produces sound, it is just a small problem but it bothers me a lot, it does appear sometimes, but only after pushing it for like 30-40 times, i already tried to reinstall the app, clear data, force stop, download the old version, I even reseted my phone, but still have the same result, that whenever i pushed that emoji it will only produce sound and will not sent,
Any solution? Please I need it... thanks in advance.
