phone is stuck after charging

my phone is only charging propperly till the battery reaches 15% then it gets stuck.but luckily i managed to find a solution for this myself by talking the battery out and inserting again.if i leave the phone got 20 minutes while charging phone is stuck during that 20 mins and when i unplug the charger the phone does not chard a bit.but when i take the battery out and insert it again the 20 minuted of charge comes back and its now charged but if the phone is charged for more then 1 hour even doing that wont work and the phone is stuck like for long time.but after approximatly 5 hours when i take the battey and insert it again it works.but yesterday i accidently had it charged for 5 hours and now it wont open even after 2 days.i tried a lots of things.i personally think this may be a battery problem.but please if you know this problem or any solution help me i really need help.
