Galaxy S7 Android 6.0.1 - Carrier: Rogers
My data cuts out for about 5 minutes at seemingly random times (5-10 times a week). Whenever I'm in LTE things seem to work fine, but then it will change to 4G and at that point my internet cuts out completely. I can either wait a few minutes or restart the phone and it reconnects to LTE and data works fine. I also have problems with incoming text messages sometimes coming through several hours late. I don't live in the boonies - the problem always happens when I'm in town right in the middle of strong LTE signal according to Roger's map. Rogers did a wireless reset on my network and also sent me a new phone, still the same problem. They said maybe it was an app on my phone, but I'm not really buying that answer.
Any ideas?
