Steps not counting??

[AC Question]

I'm on version 1.5.0.2888008 on my Moto 360 Gen 2. The step counting has worked flawlessly since I bought it last year, but all of a sudden, it's only counting about 1/4 of my steps. Days I've walked 5 miles+, and it's only registering 2,000 steps (should be 10,000). Anyone know what's going on? It seemed to start acting up right after the update a few weeks back.

I would try to do a factory data reset on the watch
