Wireless fast charging working but not plugged in

Hello, I just got the stand up charger, that wirless fast charges my s7, however I also bougt, again, the official samsung fast charger. Becauss I was having issues with fadt charging while connected. Checking again, with new equipment my phone still doea not fast charge when directy connected, only wireless.

I remember having the whole, check if the port is dry notification coming up on my phone, after fixing this with, as recommended hot air. The direct fastt charging has never worked. Should I leave it in rice to confirm thats its completely dry? Or should I get the battery replaced.
