Is there a way for me to store my music so that it doesnt take up internal storage on my phone?

I have over 2000 songs on my phone and needless to say it is taking up a lot of storage. Is there an app I can use to put my music on and delete it from my phone? Sort of like Google Photos. I tried Google Music but I think it deletes if you get rid of it on the phone.

Some phones have an sd card. You can use the stock file browser to move the songs to the sd card.

Assuming the music isn't copy-protected, store it on the SD card. (That's what the card is for - music, pictures, etc.)

If the music is copy protected, no. They store only to internal storage (so you can't make copies of them).
