Tablet infected cause of spy app google acct. Hacked too..

I think someone used lg share app and got into my new at tablet. The next day I factory reset it and there were about 50 running apps that did not come on the tablet after I reset it. So I logged out of tablet took out SD cars and turned it off and boxed it up. I then got out my old RCA tablet, turned it on and all the same useless running apps are present on my awesome, yet old RCA tablet as well. Battery is always ran down and settings always changed, as well as passwords and lock out patterns..please help me remove this crap!! Thanx
