So I was texting my friend on whatsapp today, and it was suddenly freeze for a bit and turned off by itself. I've taken out the battery for thousand times, and it's still stay on the LG Logo. I tried to factory reset it, but when i click the 'reset' option, it freezes.
The phone sometimes can go back to normal if I take out my SIM card, but again it will freeze and turn off by itself and stays on the logo again.
