I'm using an LG Power (I believe L22C) under Straight Talk. Just rooted it for the sole purpose of enabling hotspot features, and yet I cannot get my phone to create an access point regardless of the app I try. I can get it to work through USB Tethering by PDANET, but not by wifi and since I'm trying to connect my 3DS by my phone USB mode won't do.
I've read it could be that the manufacturer has disabled the feature in the phone's ROM. If this is the case, does anyone have a guide to re-enabling that feature?
