Pokemon go isn't working on my phone

I have the lg sunrise l15g and i downloaded Pokemon go I opened the app and it stayed open for maybe 15-20 seconds then crashed. I tried restarting my phone but it didn't help. My phone said there was an update so I updated it but that didn't help. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but that also didn't help, it still only works for a few seconds then crashes.

Sounds like your phone is not compatible. Which not all phones are compatible. With such a huge new game also, there are gonna be bugs. Send the development team feedback of your situation. They can be reached by finding pokemon go in the Play Store and look for a contact us option.
