Question Themes app not working in miui 14 , redmi note 13 pro , xiaomi

Hey everyone,

I'm encountering a problem with the Themes app on my Redmi Note 13 Pro. First of all it's not showing it in my app drawer but after I uninstalled the updates from settings - apps it's get appear for while (like 1 to 2 mins) Whenever I try to open the app, it either doesn't respond or displays a notice saying it's not available in my region, even though it's installed. I've also noticed that after clearing the app data, the problem persists.

*Device Information:*
- Model: Redmi Note 13 Pro
- OS: MIUI 14
- Region: India

*Steps I've Tried:*
1. Clearing app data and cache.
2. Restarting the device.
3. Contacting customer care, who suggested the above steps, which unfortunately didn't resolve the issue.
4. Considering formatting the device, but unable to do so as the device is financed by Bajaj Finance and cannot be formatted until it's fully paid off.
5. I tried to chage the region also but it's not working, either the blotware games get installed

*Additional Notes:*
- This issue started since I bought this device
- All other apps and functions on my device are working fine.
- I've checked my region settings and they seem to be correct.

Has anyone else experienced this problem or found a solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I don't think I can personally help too much but it may provoke more views in the Xiaomi forums section.
I have Themes on MIUI 14 on my 2020 Poco F2 Pro.
It is listed in Apps - Manage Apps but there's no Themes app icon in the App drawer, though I think system apps have appeared there occasionally.

Did you agree to the terms initially? Currently I have not agreed but I think I have in the past.

If I Exit the terms page I still have a couple of themes; one of which I'm using.

My UK / Global MIUI Version may differ as I think Indian as well as Chinese versions have their own (roms?)

I have agreed the terms and conditions initially, and the themes that are you showing me are default themes. I can use that default themes too. The problem is I cant use other themes from themes stores (themes app) cause its disable or something. Themes app has lots of themes, wallpapers, and fonts , so we can customize our device as we want but the thing it is blocked by something that idk.
