Purchased ivoler tempered glass screen protectors

[AC Question]

I received 2 per/pkg. One installed no problem. When trying to install mine the protective layer did not pull off gently with tab. It smudged the layer. Ultimately the glass broke when trying to gently remove protective layer. Purchased thru Amazon Prime. Please advise
