How to apply update from ADB from bootloader?

The other day, I had to reset my phone because my nephew created a password on my device and he forgotten it. I had to reset my Nexus 4 from boot loader, well, after a few hours of trying to get all my stuff back, I noticed the update system prompt, I accepted the update and it started,after a couple secs, I went and and charged my phone, and went out to the gym, after a hour or so, I came back, I checked on my nexus, and it had a android laying on his back with a red exclamation mark above him. I went online and searched for solutions, and these are the solutions: Factory reset your Nexus phone from boot loader, Clear Cache, and Manually update your Nexus from boot loader(PC), A.K.A. Flashing. I tried the first two options, clearing cache and factory resetting the phone. If you have any solutions other than flashing my Nexus, Please tell me about it, but if Flashing my Nexus is the only solution, please give me instructions and download links.
