My phone screen is all dark?

So I was just using my phone like normal and all of a sudden, it crashed and the screen went black. I know it's not off because it has a glow to it. I cannot take the phone apart, and I tried every button combo I know. What can I do? My phone is an LG-H343 btw.

Press and hold down the power button for 20-30 seconds to see if it will shut off and then try to re-start.
