S7 wont detect my SSID everything else connects. WTF?

Hi all been trying for days now to get my s7 to connect at home. it works everywhere else fine but doesn't detect my home wifi. have tried resetting both the s7 an modem too many times to count tried different channels in the modem settings tried no security changing ssid and everything rang my isp they tried some things said ring Samsung rang Samsung they said send it in but it works on all other wifi so ill probably just get charged anyways I tried plugging in another modem an my laptop sees it but ph still doesn't its like a ghost in my house is like nah s7 you aint allowed to connect here. any ideaS?
