My htc deisre wont charge or turn on

[AC Question]

This morning when I woke up I checked my phone like a normal person. I only had 7% but that wasn't a big deal. I used the bathroom and I had 1% so I set the phone down and wash my hands and headed to a charger. The charging light never came on so I figure it must be really dead. So I leave it and it has been at least 6 hours and its still on the charger. ive tried every outlet that's in my house and its still not charging or turning on. I even plugged it into my laptop and my xbox but its still not working. I NEED MY PHONE
