I have a Samsung S5. When it plays any music or most video files through the headset jack it only plays on the left channel. I can faintly hear sound on the right channel.
Phone calls plays through both channels. Next Radio plays through both channels, but Tune In Radio doesn't. YouTubes only play through one channel as does live streaming of ABC and NBC.. If I record a video using the built in mic or headset mic it only plays back through the left channel ear bud.
I took it to the local Sprint store and they cleaned the jack. I have a new set of ear buds they gave me but it didn;t make a difference. The tech suggested a full software re-load, which I don't really want to do because I would have to re-load a lot of apps I use daily.
Any ideas?
