How come my S6 keeps locking itself when I try using it?

When I press the home button to unlock my screen its unlocked for a brief 2 seconds then it locks itself. It sometimes happens when I manually lock my screen. The only way I know to make it stop is to stop using after a while.

Hi, do you have any launcher installed on the phone or any lockscreen replacement app? try booting the device in to safe mode to see if that stops the issue - if it does then you know the issue is being caused by a 3rd party app.
