Phone Stuck into a loop of " com.android.setting has stopped"

[AC Question]

I've got a Huawey Y550, and works fine for almost 2 years, but it recently did an update and I wasnt able to reach the settings app anymore, so I tried to do an hard reset, in hope that it will fix the problem by going back to a previous version, but it didnt, resulting into an eternal loop of " com.android.setting has stopped " and my phone is now as useful as a brick.

Hi, are you able to boot the device in to recovery mode, and start again from there?
