Hi guys... I really was wondering.. About my battery health so i have some questions that drive me crazy my phone is TECNO W4

1.is it okay to charge it to 100% from 15% or 30% ??

2.when i play games on my phone the temperature goes up to 40* c is that normal??

Bs. My Battery is lithium-ion
