Why is my phone keep showing "Unfortunately,Samsung keyboard has stopped" and how do I fix it?

Hi,I'm using Samsung SM-G313HZ and after I factory reset the phone the message "Unfortunately,Samsung keyboard has stopped" keep appearing.Even though I already clear cache and clear the data for the samsung keyboard app but the problem still occur.Please help ASAP.
