Picture Received with Line

[AC Question]

I just got a Galaxy S7 and sent my mother (owns an s6) a picture of my son and when she received it, there was a line at the top and the section on top was shifted over a bit. It only has happened with 2 photos out of 10. The photo looks fine saved on my phone and in the message app. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi and welcome to Android Central. I get this occasionally when I am having network issues. Pictures are received but are either incomplete or distorted. It seems to happen when I'm at the edge of a towers reach and have a low signal. I am on Tmobile and have had this happen on my S7 Edge as well as my Note 7.

Well I have been having an issue similar. When photo is taken, it looks fine and then when i go back in to look at it, the bottom of the picture maybe blue, or pink or grey. Tried messaging them to see how they come out and the line is still there.
