How do i fix this error message "Unfortunately, com.android. systemUI has stopped

Pls how do i fix error of "Unfortunately, com.android.systemUI has stopped.
It always happened anytime i powered my phone on, and after which some of the buttons or keys on the right hand side of my phone will just seize up, and its been spreading to the rest of the buttons, please i would like to correct this error before my phone pack up finally

Call or go online to Samsung or the manufacturer of your phone. It is a simple ...Settings, Application Manager, Google Apps, Uninstall updates action. It will take your phone back to its original actions of being able to view opened apps and close them, and return to your original face page.
