Droid turbo 0 to 60% in 1.30

So i bought droid turbo without original charger seller claims he misplaced so i decided to buy a certified quick charge which is Tronsmart quick charger 2.0. When i plug my phone it detects turbo charging but it's not charging like it's said 0 to 60 in 30min mine takes 1hr 15 minutes to get 60% battery also behaving normal so i was think my charger is faulty so i tested it on galaxy s7 edge took 1hr 15min to get full charge. I am really pissed off kindly help me whats wrong. currently phone is on lollipop . Please help i will be very thankful to you.

0-60% in 30 minutes exceeds a lithium battery's safety margins, so it shouldn't be done - and I doubt that anyone does it. (Maximum charge is 1C, or 0-60% in 36 minutes, and that's getting dangerous - if the charger hiccups and puts out a few ma more for a few minutes, it could damage the battery.)
