Why does my mobile data not work? (Switel phone swiss brand)

I hope anyone can help me, i just got a new phone but my mobile data Doesnt work it shows that I have 3G but when i try to go into the internet it wont work i tried out if it also doesnt work with other appps , it just wont work pls if anyone can help reply

Have you spoken to your carrier about it?
