Wifes phone not ringing

My wife and I both have Virgin contracts when I phone my wife it shows on my screen as ringing but it doesn't ring out on her phone. She can ring me and anyone else no problem and I have no problem only with hers.

Check her ringtone (select it). The file could have corrupted, so it doesn't play. (If it's only your call that doesn't ring he phone, take it up with Virgin - although, since they're not a carrier, only an MVNO, they may not be much help.)

Welcome to Android Central! Are you saying that your wife's phone shows an incoming call but just doesn't play an audible ringtone, or it doesn't even register an incoming call?
