note 7 sometimes has to be restarted so text messages go through

So I got this Note 7 (safe version) last week and I transferred all my data including text messages from my note 4 with Smart Switch. Everything is working properly but the only issue is the stock text messaging, most of the times when I send a text message it goes through but there are times when I send a text message and it doesn't go through even when I have full signal and I have to restarted to phone in order to get the text message go through
