S6 Edge Constant Pink Notification Light, Loop

[AC Question]

Hello, i got a S6 that wont boot up, when im trying to turn it on, put it in recovery or all those button combinations it keeps bringing up the samsung logo and then turns off again.
Also whats weird is that there is tiny Green pixels on certain spots of the Logo, There is also a constant pink notification light on at all times.

Hi, did you just pick this phone up from somewhere, if so try and get your money back! where did you buy it? were you doing anything to it before this issue happened?
