Why can't I pickup calls with a Bluetooth headset on my Freedompop Samsung Galaxy S5?

With your headphone connected, open the Bluetooth app, find your headphones and look for settings icon. That should take you to settings specific to the headphones.. You may have to tweak the settings, like allow the headphones access to your calls etc....
