tvpeel smart remote app prevents me from accessing other applications. How do I remove?

the tvpeel app is the only thing I can access. It is blocking the phone. How do I remove it??

What kind of phone? Oh, nevermind... just search Google for how to start your phone in safe mode. Once in safe mode, go to settings and force stop the app... turn it off too if you don't want it running.
