Can't remove old cards from Android Pay

When I add a card in Android Pay, their are old cards listed that I want to remove. They are not in the wallet, nor are they listed on the payments.google web site. I think they are left over from a previous phone.
How can I get these old card removed?

If they're not fully added, they will eventually purge. I had a couple on my second Google account that I never fully added (pending addition of the CVV number as I suspect yours are), those cards have purged from the account. I don't know what the timeline is for this. I can't test it at this time, I no longer have any unsupported cards.
