Phone not booting up keeps vibrating continuously, battery issue ?

Hello I have Korean Note 1 and it keeps vibrating and won't boot up!

When I insert the battery it won't vibrate but as soon as I press the power button, it vibrates continuously and won't stop.

I tried charging it, and it shows the samsung logo and boot logo but then powers off and repeats it again.

I tried disassembling it and check for the power button but it is not stuck!

Now I'm wondering what is the problem? Is it the Battery or Power Button or something else?

Please help me :'( I can't find any answers.

It could be a bad battery.
