I can't log into my phone because of "Unfortunately Samsung Keyboard stopped working", can you help?

After my brother started messing around with my phone and typing in the incorrect PIN too many times, I typed in the PUK code to access my phone. After that, I couldn't unlock my phone because the keyboard wasn't showing up. When I went into the "Emergency Call", it gave me a message saying, "Unfortunately Samsung Keyboard stopped working". I can not access my phone or do anything in it until I get my keyboard up. Can anyone please help?

Have you tried restarting the phone? Have you tried starting the phone in Safe mode?
