Question Solution of "WhatsApp no longer works on this phone" on Samsung Galaxy S3 Neo (4.4.2) ?

Hi Everyone

I can't access my messages on WhatsApp from my smartphone Samsung Galaxy S3 Neo, it shows me "WhatsApp no longer works on this phone" because my smartphone uses an old version of Android (4.4.2).

All my messages and files on my smartphone are very important to me and I absolutely want to recover them and tranfer them to another smartphone !

Can you Give me a solution for this problem ?

Welcome to Android Central! This is always the risk of using a really out-of-date device. Your best option is to upgrade to a more current phone, because your Whatsapp messages should be saved to their server, and accessible anywhere.

If you absolutely must stay with that nine year old phone, then your only hope would be to see if there's a custom ROM based on a more recent Android version. The forums at XDA-Developers.com is a better resource for that sort of thing.
