CS918 Smart MultiMedia Player connection

[AC Question]

I have a CS918 Smart Multimedia Player that I can't get to connect to my WiFi.

Hi, have you checked the WiFi connection to make sure it's working correctly?

The wireless router is working. And, on the Multimedia Player itself, it shows the router and says it is connected. Yet, when I try to access a site through the internet using the browser icon on the multimedia player, it says "this page is not available". In the media player settings, WiFi is open and it shows my wireless router as connected. I'm thinking there must be a setting I'm missing somewhere.

Hi and welcome to Android Central can you try and see if you can get the device to connect to a different WiFi? that way you'll know if it's the device or the home WiFi
