I can't access the 'fetch files' option in Onedrive either through the app or online with Glxy S5

Microsoft's OneDrive allows you to access files on your PC from other devices as long as the PC is on, connected to the internet, has the desktop app running and the option is turned 'on'. I can access remotely online (not with the app) on my Nexus 10 but cannot with my Galaxy S5. Through the app, PCs is not even an option in the list. Accessing through the website shows the 'PCs' option is in the list but if selected, it shows a list page but I am unable to go any further. Any suggestions of work around would be appreciated. I use Chrome for web access on my S5. I tried downloading Fire Fox and accessing that way but without success.
