Is it a good idea to clean up my LG RAM, and if so what will it delete from my phone?

My phone is saying my LG RAM IS FULL. is it safe to clean it up and if so will I lose anything on my phone?

Read Multitasking the Android Way for a viewpoint from someone who developed Android - RAM should be as full as possible. Storage, on the other hand, should be as empty as possible. You download apps (and put data) into storage, not into RAM. (RAM gets cleared every time you turn the phone off or restart it.)
