can I take the sim card from my Samsung Galaxy S4 and put it in a new Motorola Turbo 2?

Welcome to Android Central! The S4 uses a microSIM size, while the Droid Turbo 2 uses a nanoSIM. So you'd have to use a SIM cutter to cut the microSIM down to a nanoSIM.

Also, which carrier are you on? The Turbo 2 is a Verizon phone, so you might not be able to use it on every other carrier.
