Why is my LG G3 failing to turn on?

Hello!
For the past few days, I've been having issues with my LG G3. It started randomly shutting down and turning back on again occasionally, but by now when I try to turn it on, the LG power up screen comes on for a few seconds, then disapeeres again, and the process repeats. It no longer reaches the home screen. Its only a year and a half old, but I was wondering if anyone knew howto solve this problem.

Welcome to the forums. Perhaps the battery is swollen? Remove the battery and on a smooth surface try to spin it. If it does, the battery needs to be replaced.
