how can i recover the default program of my phone??

i forgot the lock-pattern of my alcatel flash plus 2, i cant bypass it using "cmd-adb shell" trick. i try to factory reset it using hard reset, but suddenly i click the "recovery logs" and hit the first option there..then it turns my phone just showing an " open-stomack android image with error! word on it" pls help me. Remember that after the factory reset, the phone will prompt you for the Google account and password that was associated with the phone before the factory reset.
