Pictures and videos won't load from mobile to Hisuite/PC?

I can't upload my pictures and videos anymore when using the USB-connection to the program Hisuite on the PC (I have an Huawei). The strange thing is that the connection is fine and the program and everything else shows like normal, except the pictures and videos which are totally blank/black in the Hisuite program. But these files exist and are just fine on the mobile. Someone who has a clue how to solve this?

Welcome to Android Central! Can you just use Windows Explorer to drag and drop the files? I've always found that to be the simplest and most reliable way to transfer files.
