Why com.lge.hiddenpersomenu doesn't appear in my phone?

Hi, currently I'm having a problem with my LGLS775. It came locked with Virgin Mobile carrier from United States, and I've allready purchased and typed the codes I was given (2945#*775#, 2945#*631#), downloaded LauncherPro, tried with another carrier sim, but neither the hiddenpersomenu or the "lock device" feature appeared in my phone.

If someone knows what I could do to solve this, please tell me how.
I would be very very grateful if you help me.

Welcome to Android Central! Those kinds of hidden menus aren't available on all devices -- the manufacturer and/or the carrier might lock them down. Do you know if others have been able to access the hidden menu on that exact phone model from Virgin Mobile?
