Text failed on samsung galaxy 3

Why can't i text back to Target pharmacy when they ask if i need a refill on my samsung galaxy 3? I get message failed when i text back yes.

Texting to companies typically brings a prompt that doing so may cost you money. I got this prompt once when trying to reply to Cricket, and when I declined, it gave me the error. You may have to tap accept when you get the prompt.

Welcome to Android Central! Also, check your text messaging app's settings -- there is sometimes an option to allow or block Short Code Texting (which is the kind of text that uses 5 digit numbers).
