S7 led notifications arent working

It stopped since some days but i didnt do anything different... When i turn on or reboot the cellphone, the blue led shows up. But when i receive messages or try to test the leds with an app called LED Tester, it doesnt work... Do you guys know why this happens?

Dial *#0*# will put you in the service screen. Here you can check all functions of the device. If they all check out, it's not hardware. Settings should be your next move.. Make sure volume is not muted. If it's only the messages, go into the app settings and make sure the led is on. Look in settings... Display... Led indicator.... Be sure it's on...
