For a while now, I've had a Windows Phone, and there seemed to be a way to disable missed call notifications there (missed calls still appear in the call log).
Now, I've switched to Android again, and when my friend called me and I wasn't able to answer, so a missed call notification showed up. It's really bugging me, as there seems to be no way to disable it (holding the notification shows "Phone service" or something like that and there is no option to disable its notifications)
