Moto 360 randomly turns off when paired to phone

[AC Question]

My first gen Moto 360 randomly goes black and won't turn on again unless I charge it on the dock. This has started to happen very frequently (Every couple of hours) after the new Android wear update and strangely only when my watch is paired with my OnePlus One. I've tried restoring the Moto 360 to factory but that failed to solve the problem. Any advice?
