How can I tell if someone else is getting my text and calls

My boyfriend is getting a email on everything I do on my phone . Location. Text . Calls and call are recorded and sent to his hotmail account. He has a friend that's very computer savey . Can you help me we are no longer dating I want him out of my life. I have some programs and sites write down that I seen on his phone it that would help. Lisa c.

I would recommend changing your phone number and all of your passwords. Best of luck to you.
