So basically the other day I was playing Clash Royale (lol) and my phone froze. I restarted it and then would get to the screen showing the words Samsung and android, but then it would just go black. I let it die which fixed nothing, and I managed to get into the recovery menu, where I then tried to remove the cache, which did nothing. I then tried a factory reset, which said, "data wipe failed". What should I do? Is my phone dead? Also, my phone is a Samsung Galaxy Express Prime. If needed I have another phone lying around that I can transfer my SD Card and Sim Card too.
